MailSchema

Give email a next step an agent can understand.

“Please approve this” leaves a lot for software to infer. MailSchema makes the request explicit: the revision under review, the action available, and how to submit a response. Its open Mail Action Protocol lets clients and agents act through the service’s own permissions.

Describe. Request. Resolve.

Mail Action Protocol defines the exchange: a message describes an interaction, a client submits a request, and the service returns a result. Interaction types supply the meaning of a particular task. Content Review, for example, covers feedback and approval tied to a specific revision.

A standard being built in the open

MAP is a working draft. The project publishes type definitions, schemas, examples, conformance material, and tools for JavaScript, Python, Rust, and Go. Its browser demonstration lets you try a review without sending email. Independent implementation remains an open milestone.
